Directions to Jacó...
From the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), take the Bernardo Soto Carretera (Hwy 1) north toward San Ramon. Exit at La Garita and follow signs to Carara National Park, Atenas & Orotina. Continue on this road through La Garita and the towns of Atenas, San Mateo and Orotina. As you pass through Orotina, follow the signs to Jacó. Stay on this road until the toll booth. Just past the toll booth, exit right and follow the signs for Jacó. Drive time from the airport to Jacó is about 1-1/2 hours
