Casa Maryland is a gorgeous home in walking distance from one of the best beaches in Costa Rica: Playa Jacó. With its own private pool, it is a beautiful place to come relax with your friends and family. It has been recently renovated and is large and spacious, with gardens all around the home. 

  

Complete with four bedrooms, it is equipped for a couple or up to ten people. The main home has two bedrooms that share a bathroom, one with two individual beds, and the second has a queen bed and sliding doors to the pool. The master has its own private entrance and private bath, as well as a king bed and sofa to relax. The mother-in-law suite next to the pool, has two queen beds and a private bath. 

 

The whole house is equipped with AC and fans, as well as high-speed internet. The living room has a smart tv, and there is also a complete laundry room for your use, with washer and dryer. If you would like to have a cleaning maid assist you, we offer the service for an additional charge so that you may truly enjoy your stay.

 

The kitchen is complete, with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and more. Our homes are equipped for vacation short stays as well as longer stays for those who travel and work from home. 

 

Casa Maryland has private parking inside of its property for one to three cars. It has cement walls around the perimeter and is very safe. It is pet-friendly and is very private. Located in the neighborhood, Ricos y Famosos, it is centric, safe, and family oriented.
