The Palms Jacó is located beachfront in the beach town Jacó, Costa Rica. It is located at the north end of the beach where it is more private and peaceful. It is in walking distance to downtown to all the stores, restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, and more. A family-friendly environment that is expat friendly.

With 24/7 security, The Palms is very safe and secure. Identifications are checked upon entry and there is guards available at all times to assist with questions, taxi calls, assistance, and any other issues. There are private parking spots at the main entrance and also a large secure property near the entrance for parking, guarded by the main guards.

 

Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, with high-speed internet and free calls to USA and Canada. The Palms Jacó has two pools ocean front, and private access to the Croc's Resort pools, jacuzzi pools, pool slides, restaurants, casino, events, and more. Ocean front cashew trees attract the local wild Scarlet Macaws Parrots which can be seen daily from the condos.

The building is seven floors of 2 bedroom units, and then there is the Penthouse which is the eighth complete floor of 5 bedrooms; the ninth and tenth floors are 3 bedroom units. Every single condo has a beachfront balcony with views of the ocean and Jacó beach. Whales and dolphins have even been seen from the balconies!
