The Palms 702 oceanfront condominium is a luxury retreat with incredible views from the seventh floor! Enjoy ocean breezes and watch the waves roll in from your balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Jacó Beach!

Our condo is recently renovated and refurnished with work from home travelers in mind. It has a built-in desk with multiple USB and standard power outlets, fiber optic, high-speed internet and free calling to the United States and Canada, as well as calls throughout Costa Rica.

This nearly 1,500 square foot condominium is extremely roomy and has a large, deep balcony. There is handicap parking, and ramp and elevator access to the condo making it ideal for those with accessibility concerns, too.

The Palms 702 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably! It has air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans in the condo and outside on the balcony.

Enjoy seaside dining on the balcony dining table or indoors at a bar-height table with great ocean views. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs so that you can enjoy your favorite streaming content as well as the standard cable channels.

The Palms has its own swimming pool and a small wading pool for small children in front of the beach. Our guests also are welcome to enjoy the pool and other facilities at the Croc's Casino Resort located right next door. Kids love the waterslide! We have our own private entrance to the Croc’s pool. Poolside food & drink service, fine dining and a Vegas-Style casino are all located a few feet away.

Located at the north end of the beach, The Palms is a short walk from restaurants and grocery stores. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive, and guests don’t need a car to get around the small town of Jacó.

The Palms 702 is spacious and ideally suited for families or couples traveling together. Visit the Farmers Market and return home to prepare a fresh feast! Or, have our personal chef prepare a delicious dinner for you while you enjoy the best views in Jacó from your private balcony.
