The Palms 801, is an incredible oceanfront penthouse with the best balcony in the area. It is located in The Palms Jaco, at the north end of Jacó! The north end is more private and calm, and next to Monkey Beach! Right next door is Croc's Resort, which all of our guests have private entrance to the resort, pools, restaurant, and casino! A great place to stay with your friends and family!
With the largest balcony on the beach, the Penthouse 801 is the complete 8th floor and has a large equipped gourmet kitchen that flows to the full dining area and living room, with huge ocean views onto the oversized balcony on the tropical Pacific Ocean.
It has five large bedrooms, which are all private and do not have common walls. Two of the master suites open up to the deep balcony. There are four bathrooms and an equipped laundry room. We also have a seasoned and trusted housekeeper that can do cleanings and meals for your stay!
The Palms has ten stories and 24 / 7 security and assistance. It has two elevators and is handicap friendly. The Penthouse 801 has a telephone that has free calls to the US and Canada, as well as high-speed internet. We provide linens, towels, soaps and other basic necessities to make your stay carefree and fun!

Other than surf boards, you can rent buggy boards, paddle boards, kayaks and more! If you are also interested in surfing lessons that guarantee you'll stand and surf, we got you.
Cleaning Services
During your stay, we have our esteemed house keeper to assist with cleanings. We recommend having cleanings done on stays longer than a week.

Bikes are the perfect way to travel around town, since Jacó is flat and everything is close. If you are interested in mountain biking, we also have good trails.

A private catamaran that leaves from Herradura Beach, that takes you out to swim and snorkel. You might even see whales, dolphins, jumping rays, turtles and more!

An all time favorite, get on to the crazy Chorro river and experience the journey through the jungle, with impressive rapids, as the guide directs you through.
Horseback Riding
Ride through jungles and admire the local flora and fauna including almond trees, toucans, and sloths until you reach the Esterillos Este Beach on the Pacific Ocean.
National Parks
One of the best national parks in Costa Rica is minutes away! Manuel Antonio has great trail paths, white sandy beaches, and lots of wildlife in their national habitat.

A guide takes you over Jacó, with amazing views and an unforgettable experience. Depending on the conditions, you can even land on the beach!

The Los Sueños Marina is known for its sport fishing tournaments and you can catch Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo and Tuna.
Monkey Mangrove
A boat takes you through the wild mangroves and local guides take you to see birds, jesus lizards, toucans and more! White faced monkeys might board the ride!
Crocodile Tour
